"With nearly five years of hands-on experience navigating the insurance claims process, I've become a bit of a claims-whisperer. I guide my customers from start to finish, keeping everything clear, organized, and stress-free. You'll never be left wondering what's going on—I keep detailed records, explain every step, and make sure you feel confident the whole way through.
I'm also easily reachable at all times. Seriously — whether it's a quick question, a concern, or just needing a bit of reassurance, I pick up the phone. Every customer gets treated with the utmost respect, no exceptions.
Fun fact: Before I was climbing roofs for a living, I was elbows-deep in diesel mechanics. Even now, you can usually find me turning wrenches on my project car whenever I've got a free moment. (Roofs by day, revs by night!)

"Josh was courteous, thorough and kept us informed throughout the process."
We had our roof repaired through ProStorm in the summer of '23.
The process was started by Josh who handled everything with our insurance company and their adjuster.
Josh was courteous, thorough and kept us informed throughout the process.
Once approved, a date was set for the new roof after we picked out the new roof colors.
They arrived early and were completed including cleanup by early afternoon.
Once completed they also handled the completion certificate with our insurance.
It was an easy process from start to finish with a special thanks to Chris.
