"Samuel Riddle brings four years of experience as a damage consultant, having helped more than 100 homeowners navigate the insurance process and restore their homes. He also served three years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps, including an 11-month deployment.
After completing his active service, Samuel returned to the roofing industry with a renewed commitment to helping homeowners. He combines his industry experience with the discipline, integrity, and strong work ethic developed during his time as a Marine.

Sammie and Jason have literally become family to our cul-da-sac. He stops in on his free time to play basketball with all my kids and the neighborhood kids AND comes over for family dinners.

Sammy Riddle at Pro Storm Repair was a savior. I started with another contractor but it became confusing and cumbersome. Sammy came in well prepared and organized. He also knows how to effectively communicate with the insurance company on behalf of the homeowner and that proved both invaluable from a sanity and ultimately cost/bottom line perspective. I don't usually leave reviews but making an exception in this case. Sammy Riddle is simply great at his job. Next up is the actual work to fix my siding, very much looking forward to that! ProStorm Repair is helping to restore my home after golf ball to baseball sized hail damaged my roofing, siding, and an assortment of other home and vehicular property. The storm was so severe, and caused so much damage, that insurance companies declared the event catastrophic. The ProStorm Repair team (shout out to Sammy, Nathaniel, and Chris!) was onsite within days of the storm to inspect my home and identify what did (and didn't) need restoration. They helped me collaborate with my homeowner's insurance provider to process the claim and estimate. Sammy has been very knowledgeable--able to answer all of my questions and offer advice. I hope to have the ProStorm crews scheduled to do the repairs soon. I often use local service providers, but with so many damaged properties in our region, the local needs are greater than our local service providers can meet.
