Pro Storm just replaced my roof and the whole process was not stressful at all. Joe was very accommodating when he came out and saw my roof. He explained the whole insurance process to me and was available any time I needed him. Alex was wonderful and patient with me as well. It took about a month for my HOA to approve my new roof and Alex would check in weekly. He was very nice and easy to work with as well. Chris oversaw the actual job and he was super nice as well. He was very caring and thorough. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. You can tell they truly care. I would recommend them to everyone!

"...this is the team to call.."
I had one of the more unusual experiences when it comes to how I came to needing Pro Storm Repair. HOI rates were jacked up close to 40% on my new policy so i switched carriers. The adjuster came out, spent 3 minutes taking pictures of the house and roof from the ground and determined the policy would be terminated without a full replacement in 30 days. I contacted Joe at Pro Storm Repair through a mutual friend and he came to inspect the roof and found significant wind damage to the entire roof. We filed a claim, the independent adjuster hired from the insurance company came out and agreed entirely and within two weeks we were approved for a brand new roof paid for by insurance (which wasn't the easiest process but Joe took care of it all on our behalf). After the contract was signed I told Joe that my carrier had dropped me and if they could get this done asap it would help me a lot. After two phone calls at my kitchen table I was set up for Tuesday the next week. The crew showed up at 7am, set up tarps all around the house, had the roof (2 layers) off within a couple hours and a new roof on by 3:30pm. The site supervisor was extremely informative, personable, and courteous. The crew left my yard the way it they found it and cleaned up everything. I can't recommend this company enough, if you're ever in a jam with insurance company or simply need a new roof this is the team to call.

We were well represented, as we did have work on our insurance to cover fully what was needed. The work they did was top notch, very professional. "I would give them 6 stars if I could."
I recommend Pro Storm to anyone considering roof or siding work anywhere in the Bucks County/Philadelphia area. We had storm damage and initially had our claim rejected by our insurer. Dan at Pro Storm took on the claim process, provided documentation of the damage, met the insurer and their engineer at the house to be sure that they reviewed the identified damage, and did persistant follow up directly with the insurer until the insurer agreed to cover the identified damage.
Once coverage was settled, the process with Pro Storm was easy and efficent. They provided consultation and answered a lot of questions to help us select the right roofing products, and colors. Answered any concerns that we had and scheduled the install to meet our schedule and availability.
At no time did I feel rushed, pushed or "sold" on any product or service.
The crew showed up as scheduled, and completed the entire roofing project same day. My property was meticulously protected before and during the install and, when finished, they even used metal detectors around the entire property to assure no nails were left behind.
I highly recommend Dan, Matt and the entire Pro Storm crew. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

"Having this kind of service is rare to find."
Prostorm Repairs has been an absolute pleasure to work with for new windows, siding and roofing for our home. The level of expertise and detail is unmatched. We had a severe hailstorm in our area and Prostorm Repairs came out for a free inspection of the house. They took multiple photos and detailed notes on all of the damages that occurred. They were then able to submit their photos and notes to insurance to help paint a clear and concise report. This was our first time submitting a claim to our insurance company. Having Prostorm Repairs by our side to help with any questions made the process a breeze.
Close to the start date for the project, we made a couple of changes in regards to color options, etc. and Alex was super helpful in updating our order with no issues and ensuring everything went smoothly. Any questions we had were answered within the same day and the line of communication was always open with their team.
The work was completed in a timely manner. The contractors were friendly, communicative and respectful at our home.
At the end of the project, there was a final walk around with Chris to ensure everything was up to our own and Prostorm Repairs’ standards. Having this kind of service is rare to find. We want to thank the whole Prostorm Repairs team including Alex, Sam, Chris, Joe, Bob, Rick and everyone else for being such an amazing company that we can trust to do the job perfectly. We have gotten many compliments on our home since having the work completed and would definitely use Prostorm Repairs again for any future need.

"I just want to give some recognition where due."
Good Morning,
Your team completed a roof for me yesterday and I just want to give some recognition where due.
I am in commercial construction so I am pretty comfortable with all aspects when it comes to construction, however roofs are something I dont have much experience in and dont know much about so they make me a little nervous.
Between having Chris & Clay, all those nervous feeling completely went away.
Clay was very thorough and attentive when it came to the grueling part in dealing with my insurance company and helping get this claim pushed through. Normally I can imagine this task being a pain in the ass but Clay handled very well and got me any answers and information I needed and all in all, I am amazed of how smoothly that process went. He clearly understood everything I was looking to get done and successfully set your team up for success in fillling my expectations.
Chris, was awesome on site. Very easy to deal with and accommodating. I know he was busy with a million other things that day and also a couple hiccups that came up with my roof but he handled everything well and made me feel taken care of. He made sure the roof is what I was looking for and my house and property were exactly how they left it. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Chris yesterday.

We recently hired Pro Storm for a siding job, which is the second time we have used this company. Chris and Matt oversaw the job, which was done to perfection. Even tho it started to rain, the crew not only completed the job, but they left the work area cleaner than they found it. This is not easy to do, especially in the rain! I'm not even sure where to start. The patience and amazing customer service that Pro Storm displayed during our recent roof replacement is not something you see every day. My first shout out goes to Greg for his helpfulness as we navigated interactions with our insurance company. After an initial denial of the claim, he worked with us as we finally got them to acknowledge that we were do a full roof replacement for not just our house but our garage. Shed as well. Anytime I called him with questions he was always responsive and super helpful. I should thank Alex in the office, as well, for handling my many phone calls as we worked to coordinate the job. The quality of the work itself was excellent. With Chris as the site manager, he was easy to work with and as some expected issues arose he helped coordinate a quick resolution. I mentioned that our insurance company had been problematic at the beginning and unfortunately that continued as the adjuster changed multiple times throughout the process. The insurance company's record-keeping left much to be desired but Rick and Marena stuck with me and handled numerous phone/email conversations with the adjuster.
Due to the size of the job the final hurdle was the back and forth with the mortgage company for the reimbursement check but, once again, Marena and Rick came to the rescue and got me all required documentation quickly. I am sure they had no idea what they signed on for when they accepted us as clients, but I am so appreciative of everything they did for us.
If you are looking for a company that cares, does the right thing when issues arise, and that will try to make the process as painless as possible for you, you can't pick better than Pro Storm.

They were so quick to respond to our needs and worked with our insurance company adjuster to get us additional coverage for items missed in the initial assessment. Every single Pro Storm individual who worked with us was professional and friendly, from Bob, the owner, who actually took our call early that Sunday morning after the storm, Dan, the salesperson, Anthony, Matt, Chris, and Alex - all who took care of us during the replacement of our roof, siding and gutters! The teams of workers who laid the roof and placed the siding and gutters worked fast and did a great job cleaning up. One worker even washed a high decorative window that is unreachable for me! Thank you for your help with getting me a new roof. It was denied by my insurance company a few years ago when the original damage was done despite many neighbors getting new roofs for the same damage, so your expertise was what I needed.
Greg was very knowledgeable. Many people knocked on my door offering a similar service, but your company seemed to have more expertise. I appreciate Greg working with my insurance company to get the new roof rather than "patching” it.
I want to thank Alex too. He was always friendly and kept me updated on changes to the schedule and deliveries.
And Rick who I understand had to keep following up with my insurance company to get this check which was mailed to the house I sold rather than my office as instructed. Thus, the delay due to forward.

When it came to install my roof they were here on time and completed in one day. They cleaned up all around house.
The next part was siding and they said it would take a week to 10 days. It was completed in less than a week. They also installed gutters.

We had a hail storm on May 20, 2022 in South Jersey and the next day we had several companies wanted to do a free inspection. We met with Dan Morris who called our insurance company and set up a appointment to meet them. Our roof was approved and replaced in about 10 days after the storm. They also replaced our entire gutter system. The workers were efficient and did a great job in cleaning up. We highly recommend Pro Storm.

From start to finish these guys are top notch. We had a heavy hail storm and the following day my Storm Consultant DAN MORRIS was around the neighborhood. He immediately pointed out damage to my roof and within days they preformed a free inspection.

Resulting from a severe windstorm and hail event in Macungie on May 29, 2019, the roof
of our property sustained significant hail damage. Many storm repair companies
physically called at our home and we also received many brochures in the mail offering
to perform an inspection and repair. However, as there was no apparent physical
evidence of damage to our roof (water ingress), there was no sense of urgency on our
part to engage anyone's services.
My neighbor (Greg Wakefield) had a new replacement roof installed by Pro Storm Repair
Inc and Craig Felts (Pro Storm Damage Consultant) cold-called to inquire if we would
also like to receive a free estimate. We were not over-enthusiastic about having a quote,
however, considering my neighbor's property had also sustained hail damage, it seemed
like a prudent opportunity.
Craig Felts conducted a thorough inspection of the roof of our property which was
supported by digital photographs. He diligently explained the process that would be
required to finance a replacement roof and would require an Adjustor from State Farm to
conduct an independent inspection.
Demitri Grant (State Farm Adjuster) performed the independent inspection on July 3,
2019 and was accompanied by Craig Felts and he agreed that the hail damage was
significant and warranted a replacement roof.
Due to vacation plans, we asked Craig Felts if it was possible to expedite the work as it
was our desire to be present when the replacement roof was installed. The installation
occurred on July 9, 2019 and the workmanship was exemplary and professionally
conducted in 4.5 hours!
We would unreservedly recommend Pro Storm because they are a very professional
company and work hard to maintain their reputation as a leading damage repair company.
Equally, their representative Craig Felts is a man of integrity who truly understands the
business and is a real believer in excelling in Customer Satisfaction. We would therefore
like to personally thank Craig and the Production Team for the way the whole process

They answered and returned phone calls extremely promptly, met our insurance adjuster quickly, and got started immediately. They answered all our questions and made the process a breeze. We had a roof put on our house in December. We wanted to write and say we couldn't be more pleased. Our Sales Rep. was Cedric and he was fantastic. He accessed our roof and like many houses in our neighborhood it had wind damage. He was very helpful with information about the claim process for our homeowners insurance. He made sure he was here to meet with our insurance representative and show him the damage. We were given a time frame for our new roof installation. Pro Storm was great about having the men and materials here exactly when they said they would be here. After our roof was put on Cedric came to our house to check the roof, he even took pictures on top of the roof so we could see what it looked like from above. "The whole process was a very pleasing experience."
I needed to replace some shingles that had blown off my roof. I found a flyer from Pro Storm Repair hanging at my front door and reached out to them for an estimate. Cedric responded and was available quickly to inspect my roof. He showed up on time and was able to inspect the roof very thoroughly. Upon the inspection, he noticed a great deal of wind damage and was able to document it with pictures to show to me. He recommended filing a claim with my insurance since there was so much wind damage. He walked me through the steps and called my insurance company with me to start the claim. Cedric met with my insurance agent and pointed out the spots of damage. He arrived before the insurance company so that he could mark extreme damage and advocate for me to have this claim approved. Once, my insurance approved, he met with me to discuss materials and complete final paperwork. Cedric was available throughout the entire process and was very flexible to meet with my busy schedule. When payment was made through the insurance company, Pro Storm was able to set up our installation date. Materials and the dumpster arrived the day before the install.
The installation crew was very professional. They arrived on time and started working quickly. They made sure to cover everything to protect the house and they cleaned up all the debris from removal of the old roof. Cedric also was on site to make sure the crew had no problems with the installation. I was not home during the installation, and Cedric sent me pictures throughout the day of each step of the install. The whole process was a very pleasing experience. From the original call with Cedric to the installation of the roof, everything went smoothly and was completed in less than a month. Everyone involved in this process was professional, honest and hard working. I would absolutely recommend working with Cedric and Pro Storm Repair.

Pro Storm was great. I had Craig from Pro Storm come to my home inspect my roof. After finding lots of hail damage, he walked me through the process of notifying my insurance company and filing a claim. He came out the same day as the insurance adjuster and it just so happened that they know each other because of other work. I had no problem getting the claim through and Pro Storm replaced my roof and gutters which were all covered by the insurance company. The roof looks great and so do the gutters. Craig was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely work with him again.

"I was super skeptical at first..."
Working with Pro Storm Repair was a great experience. I was super skeptical at first; but then decided to give them a call. Donovan was great and walked me through the whole process start to finish! Started with an inspection that validated the hail storm damage to the roof, then filed a home owners claim, insurance inspector came out and looked at the damage/approved the claim, and a few days later a massive crew showed up. They removed the old roof and put on the new roof in a single day. Even did a great job on the clean up. Ended up getting a whole new roof for the price of my home owners insurance deductible. My home owners insurance didn't go up because of the claim. Again great experience all the way through.

This company was professional from the beginning when I was first contacted by Craig Felts. Craig explained all in detail to me on the damages with my roof and both reached out to my homeowners insurance as well spoke and met with them personally. Craig made sure my insurance company had all of the information including photos to ensure my roof was covered to be replaced 100 percent. Additionally I want to mention Chris Pinkerton management at Pro Storm took my call and came out personally to exam the work done to make sure all detail with the workmanship was completed 100 percent. Joe Kirby is absolutely amazing! After our area in Northern NJ was hit with a random hail storm in July, Joe and his team were in our subdivision inspecting roofs. He approached me as I was cleaning out my car, and nicely asked if he could check out our roof because a lot of our neighbors had hail damage. I said be my guest if you want to up there. There was in fact damage, and he handled everything from there. A few days later the insurance adjuster was back out with Joe as he explained every part of the damage. The adjust agreed, and my roof was 100% covered. THEY BOUGHT ME A NEW ROOF! It was almost time anyways because it was close to 30 years so this was an amazing bonus that I would have just not even considered had it not been for Joe. I had 5 other roofers door knocking, but Joe was upfront, honest, and thorough, so it was an easy deicision to stick with him. His office called to confirm drop off of the dumpster and material and the next day new roof was put on. Even my shed got a new roof to match the house roof as a free service! The roof went up in less than 15 hours, and the work is excellent! Labor warranty is also written out on paper, so there is no worry of quality of work. THANKS, JOE! You're my buddy now, and I'll send you everyone I know!
